Privacy Policy – Towerly: Stack Tower
Last updated: 18 October 2026 (version 1.0.0)
- No account and no sign-in. Falcon Peak Labs does not receive or store any personal data about you.
- The game shows ads from Google AdMob. Google collects some device data to show and measure those ads (details below). Where the law requires it (for example in the EU, the UK and Switzerland), you are asked for consent before any ad is requested.
- There are no in-app purchases and the game never asks for payment.
- Your towers, heights, clouds, daily streak, city, skins and settings are kept only on your own device.
- Every tower is built on your phone. Nothing about how you play is sent anywhere.
Who we are
Towerly: Stack Tower (the "game") is a tower stacking arcade game for Android made by Falcon Peak Labs ("we", "us"). You drop building floors onto a tower in Endless mode, Challenges and the Daily Tower, and grow a floating city. This policy explains what happens to information while you play.
Information we collect
None. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, files, messages or location, and the game sends us nothing about you or the way you play.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Ads come from Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited: a small banner at the bottom of the screen while you build (in its own strip below the tower), an occasional full-screen ad after a tower is finished, and optional rewarded videos you choose to watch (keeping a tower going with a full-width floor, double coins on a result, or trying a locked block theme for one tower). To deliver, limit and measure these ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK inside the game collects and sends to Google:
- Device identifiers such as the Advertising ID (and, where available, the app set ID);
- Approximate location, derived from your IP address;
- Ad interactions, such as which ads were shown or tapped;
- Diagnostics, such as ad loading performance and crash reports from the ad SDK.
Google uses this information to serve and measure ads, to prevent fraud and, with your permission, to personalise ads. How Google uses data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID and turn off ad personalisation in your phone's Settings (Google > Ads, or Privacy > Ads).
Your consent
Where consent is required (such as the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland), Google's consent form appears on first launch, before any ad is requested. You can change your answer at any time in the game under Settings > Privacy choices. If you decline, non-personalised ads may still be shown where the law allows.
No purchases
There are no in-app purchases and no payment or billing features. Coins are earned by building (and by finishing challenges and Daily Towers), or by choosing to watch a rewarded video for double coins.
Data saved on your device
So you can carry on where you stopped, the game stores on your device only:
- your best height, perfect streak record and totals (floors stacked, perfect drops, towers built, time played);
- your last finished tower (shown on the home island) and your clouds in the 60 challenges (your city);
- your Daily Tower results and streak;
- your coins, the block themes, islands and drop effects you own and use, and when the game last asked you to rate it;
- your settings (sound, music, vibration, graphics, reduced motion, tutorial seen).
This data never leaves your device. It is removed when you uninstall the game or clear its app data. If Android's device backup is switched on, that backup may include it; it is then handled by Google under your Google account settings, not by us.
Permissions
The game uses the internet connection (to load ads, and to download the list of our other games shown under "More Games" - a plain file that sends no personal data), the Advertising ID permission (for ads) and vibration (optional haptic feedback, which you can switch off in Settings). Every mode plays offline; ads are simply not shown then.
More Games
The "More Games" page lists our other games. To label a game you already have with "Open", the game asks Android whether those games of ours are installed. That answer stays on your device. Tapping a game opens its Google Play page or the game itself.
Children
The game is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly allow ads to collect data from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If a future version changes how data is handled, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the date above will change.
