Privacy Policy – Kingjump: Checkers Classic
Last updated: 25 October 2026 (version 1.0.0)
- No account, no sign-in. Falcon Peak Labs does not receive or store any personal data about you.
- The game is supported by ads from Google AdMob. Google collects some device data to show and measure those ads (see below). Where the law requires it (for example in the EU, the UK and Switzerland), you are asked for consent before any ad is requested.
- There are no in-app purchases and the game never asks for payment.
- Your Picnic Tour progress, stars, coins, solved puzzles, daily streak, piece sets, blankets and settings are kept only on your own device.
- The computer opponent, the puzzles and the Daily Puzzle are built into the game; the Daily Puzzle is picked from the date on your device. Nothing you play is sent anywhere.
Who we are
Kingjump: Checkers Classic (the "game") is a checkers (draughts) game for Android made by Falcon Peak Labs ("we", "us"). This policy describes what happens to information when you play it.
Information we collect
None. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, files, messages or location, and the game does not send us anything about you or the games you play.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Ads in the game come from Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited: a small banner below the board while you play, an occasional full-screen ad between games, and optional rewarded videos that you choose to watch (to undo a move, for a hint, for double coins after a game, or to try a piece set or blanket for one game). To deliver, cap and measure these ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK inside the game collects and sends to Google:
- Device identifiers such as the Advertising ID (and, where available, the app set ID);
- Approximate location, derived from your IP address;
- Ad interactions, such as which ads were shown or tapped;
- Diagnostics, such as ad loading performance and crash reports from the ad SDK.
Google uses this information to serve ads, to measure them, to prevent fraud and, with your permission, to personalise them. Read how Google uses data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID and turn off ad personalisation in your phone's Settings (Google > Ads, or Privacy > Ads).
Your consent
In regions where consent is required (such as the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland), Google's consent form appears on first launch, before any ad is requested. You can change your answer at any time under Settings > Privacy choices. If you decline, non-personalised ads may still be shown where the law allows.
No purchases
There are no in-app purchases and no payment or billing features. Coins are earned by playing, opening gift hampers, or by choosing to watch a rewarded video; piece sets and blankets are bought with those coins only.
Data saved on your device
So you can carry on where you stopped, the game stores on your device only:
- your progress: the next Picnic Tour game, the moves of a tour game you left halfway, the stars earned per game, your coins, the gifts opened, the puzzles you solved, and the piece sets and blankets you own;
- your Daily Puzzle calendar and streak, and simple counts of games won, lost and drawn;
- whether you have seen the guide and each twist's introduction, and when the game last asked you to rate it;
- your settings (language, sound, music, vibration, graphics quality, forced capture, beginner hint).
This data never leaves your device. It is removed when you uninstall the game or clear its app data. If you have switched on Android's device backup, that backup may include it; it is then handled by Google under your Google account settings, not by us.
Permissions
The game uses the internet connection (to load ads, and to download the list of our other games shown under "More Games" - a plain file that sends no personal data), the Advertising ID permission (for ads) and vibration (optional haptic feedback, which you can switch off in Settings). The game works fully offline; ads are simply not shown then.
More Games
The "More Games" page lists our other games. To label a game you already have with "Open", the game asks Android whether those games of ours are installed. That answer stays on your device. Tapping a game opens its Google Play page or the game itself.
Children
The game is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly allow ads to collect data from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If a future version changes how data is handled, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the date above will change.
