Privacy Policy – Netblaze: Penalty Kicks

Last updated: 17 October 2026 (version 1.0.0)

In short:
  • No account and no sign-in. Falcon Peak Labs does not receive or store any personal data about you.
  • The game shows ads from Google AdMob. Google collects some device data to show and measure those ads (details below). Where the law requires it (for example in the EU, the UK and Switzerland) you are asked for consent before any ad is requested.
  • There are no in-app purchases and the game never asks for payment.
  • Your progress (coins, Locker, tournament, challenge stars, Daily streak, statistics) and settings stay on your own device.
  • Every match is played and calculated on your phone. Nothing about how you play is sent to us.

Who we are

Netblaze: Penalty Kicks (the "game") is a football penalty game for Android made by Falcon Peak Labs ("we", "us"). You take penalties and keep goal against computer-controlled teams. This policy explains what happens to information while you play.

Information we collect

None. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, files, messages or location, and the game sends us nothing about you or your matches.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Ads come from Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited: a small banner at the bottom of the screen while a match is being played, an occasional full-screen ad after a match has ended, and optional rewarded videos that you choose to watch (retaking a missed penalty, doubling the coins of a match, unlocking a Locker item early, or an extra Daily Challenge try). To deliver, limit and measure these ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK in the game collects and sends to Google:

Google uses this information to serve and measure ads, to prevent fraud and, with your permission, to personalise ads. How Google uses data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, and turn off personalised ads, in your device's settings (Settings › Privacy › Ads, or Google › Ads).

Consent and your choices

In regions where consent is required, the game shows Google's consent form (the User Messaging Platform) the first time it starts, before any ad is requested. You can change your choice at any time in the game: Settings › Privacy choices.

Data kept on your device

Your coins, Locker items, World Tournament progress, Target Challenge stars, Daily Challenge streak, statistics and settings are saved in the game's own storage on your phone. They never leave it. Uninstalling the game deletes them.

Internet use

The game works offline. When online it also downloads the list of other Falcon Peak Labs games shown on its More Games screen (from falconpeaklabs.com; this request carries no personal data beyond what any web request does, such as your IP address, which our server does not store beyond standard short-lived access logs).

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads are requested in a way that respects the age-appropriate settings available to us in Google AdMob.

Security

Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing of yours stored on our servers. Ad data is handled by Google under its own security practices.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new date at the top.
