Last updated: 12 October 2026 (version 1.1.0)
- There is no account or sign-in. We (Falcon Peak Labs) do not receive or store any personal data.
- The game shows ads from Google AdMob. Google collects some device data to show and measure ads (details below). Where the law requires it (for example in the EU, the UK and Switzerland), you are asked for consent first.
- There are no in-app purchases and nothing to pay for in the game.
- The player name you choose, your best results, coins, skins and settings are saved only on your own device.
- The other snakes in the arena are computer-controlled. The game has no online play, chat or accounts.
Who we are
Serpentia Arena: Snake Battle (the "game") is a single-player arcade game for Android made by Falcon Peak Labs ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to your information when you play it.
Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information ourselves: no real name, email address, contacts, photos or precise location. The player name you type in the game stays on your device (see "Player name"). The only thing the game fetches from us is the public list of our other games (see "More Games").
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game shows ads using Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited: a small banner at the bottom of the screen while you play a match (the game is drawn above it), short full-screen ads between some matches, and optional "rewarded" ads you can choose to watch (to come back once in a match, to double your coins or to try a skin for one match). The home screen, the menus and the result screen have no banner. To show, limit and measure these ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK in the game collects and sends to Google:
- Device identifiers, such as your device's Advertising ID (and, where available, the app set ID);
- Approximate location, estimated from your IP address;
- App interactions with ads, such as ads viewed or tapped;
- Diagnostics, such as ad-loading performance and crash information from the ad SDK.
Google uses this information to deliver ads, to measure them, to prevent fraud and, if you agree, to personalise them. How Google uses data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your phone's Settings (Google > Ads, or Privacy > Ads).
Your consent
On first launch in regions where consent is required (such as the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland), the game shows Google's consent form before any ad is requested. You can change your choice at any time in Settings > Ads & privacy > Privacy options. If you don't consent, you may still see non-personalised ads where the law allows them.
No purchases
The game is free and has no in-app purchases. Coins and skins are earned by playing; they cannot be bought with money. The game contains no payment or billing software.
Player name
On first launch the game asks you for a player name (letters and numbers, up to 12 characters) and suggests a random one; you don't need to use your real name. It is shown above your snake, on the leaderboard during a match and on the result screen. All other snakes are computer-controlled, so nobody else sees it. The name is saved only on your device and is not sent to us, to Google or to anyone else. You can change it at any time in Settings.
Data saved on your device
To let you continue where you left off, the game saves the following on your device only:
- your best lengths, kills and wins, the number of matches played, and a difficulty rating the game uses to match the computer-controlled snakes to your skill;
- your player name;
- your coins and your unlocked and equipped skins;
- your settings (sound, vibration, controls and graphics).
This data never leaves your device. It is deleted when you uninstall the game or clear its app data. Android's own device backup may include it if you have turned that on in your phone's settings; that backup is handled by Google under your Google account settings, not by us.
Permissions
The game uses the internet (to load ads and the More Games list), the Advertising ID permission (for ads) and vibration (optional haptic feedback, which you can turn off in Settings). Without a connection the game works fully; ads are simply not available.
More Games
The "More Games" screen shows our other games. Its list and pictures are downloaded from our website, falconpeaklabs.com, and kept on your device so the screen also works offline. Like any web request, this download reaches our web server from your IP address, which may appear in the server's standard access logs for a limited time; it is not linked to you or to what you do in the game. To show "Open" for a game you already have, the game checks, on your device only, whether one of our own games is installed. Tapping a game opens its Google Play page or the game itself.
Children
The game is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly allow ads to collect data from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of the game changes how data is handled, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the date above will change.
