Privacy Policy – Solivista: Klondike Solitaire
Last updated: 15 October 2026 (version 1.0.0)
- You never sign in, and we (Falcon Peak Labs) never receive or keep personal data about you.
- Ads in the game come from Google AdMob, and Google collects some device data to show and measure them (see below). Where the law asks for it, such as in the EU, the UK and Switzerland, you are asked for consent before any ad loads.
- Nothing can be bought in the game: it never asks for payment.
- Your postcards, coins, statistics, saved game and settings stay on your own device.
- The Daily Challenge is the same deal for every player because it is worked out from the date on your device. Nothing is sent to us to make that happen.
Who we are
Solivista: Klondike Solitaire (the "game") is a single-player card game for Android by Falcon Peak Labs ("we", "us"). This policy describes what happens to information about you while you play.
What we collect
Nothing personal. The game does not ask for your name, e-mail address, contacts, photos or precise location, and it sends nothing to us.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Ads are provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited. While you play, a banner sits below the cards. A full-screen ad may appear after a finished game. Rewarded videos only play when you choose them: for three more hints, to double the coins of a win, or for a free reshuffle when no moves are left. To show, cap and measure these ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK inside the game collects the following and sends it to Google:
- Device identifiers, such as the Advertising ID of your device (and the app set ID where available);
- Approximate location, worked out from your IP address;
- Ad interactions, such as which ads were shown or tapped;
- Diagnostics, such as how well ads load and crash reports from the ad SDK.
Google uses this to serve and measure ads, to stop fraud and, only if you allow it, to personalise ads. Google explains its use of data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or turn off ad personalisation, in your phone's Settings (Google > Ads, or Privacy > Ads).
Consent
In regions where consent is needed (such as the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland), Google's consent form appears when you first open the game, before any ad is requested. You can change your answer whenever you like under Options > Ad choices (the button appears in those regions). If you say no, you may still see non-personalised ads where the law allows them.
No purchases
The game contains no in-app purchases and no payment or billing features. Coins are earned by winning games, and card backs are bought with those coins, never with money.
What is saved on your device
So you can carry on where you stopped, the game keeps the following on your device only:
- the game in progress (the deal and your moves), the postcards you have collected, the destination you are at, your coins and your card backs;
- your statistics for Draw 1 and Draw 3 (games played and won, best time, fewest moves, best score, streaks), the Daily Challenge days you have solved, how many times the game was opened, whether you have seen the first-game guide, the number of games finished, and when the game last asked you to rate it;
- your options (draw mode, scoring, timer, deal type, auto-finish, card size, left-hand layout, calm background, sound, music and haptics).
This data does not leave your device. Uninstalling the game or clearing its app data deletes it. If you have turned on Android's device backup in your phone's settings, that backup may include it; Google handles that backup under your Google account settings, not us.
Permissions
The game uses the internet (to load ads, and to download the list of our other games shown under "More Games", a plain file download that carries no personal data), the Advertising ID permission (for ads) and vibration (for optional haptic feedback, which you can switch off in Options). The game plays fully without a connection; ads are then simply not shown.
More Games
"More Games" lists our other games. To show "Open" rather than "Play" for one you already have, the game asks Android whether our games are installed on your device. That answer stays on your device and is sent nowhere. Tapping a game opens its Google Play page, or the game itself.
Children
The game is meant for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly let ads collect data from children under 13.
Changes
If a later version of the game handles data differently, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the date at the top will change.
