Privacy Policy – Hexalia: Hexa Sort
Last updated: 14 October 2026 (version 1.0.0)
- There is no account or sign-in. We (Falcon Peak Labs) do not receive or store any personal data.
- The game shows ads from Google AdMob. Google collects some device data to show and measure ads (details below). Where the law requires it (for example in the EU, the UK and Switzerland), you are asked for consent first.
- There are no in-app purchases: the game never asks for payment.
- Your level stars, coins, boosters and settings are saved only on your own device.
- The game has no online play, chat or accounts. The Daily Puzzle is the same for everyone because it is worked out from the date on your device, not because anything is sent to us.
Who we are
Hexalia: Hexa Sort (the "game") is a single-player puzzle game for Android made by Falcon Peak Labs ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to your information when you play it.
Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information ourselves: no name, email address, contacts, photos or precise location, and the game sends nothing to us.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game shows ads using Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited: a banner at the bottom of the screen while you play, short full-screen ads between games, and optional "rewarded" ads you can choose to watch (to carry on when the board is full, to double the coins of a level, or to get a booster). To show, limit and measure these ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK in the game collects and sends to Google:
- Device identifiers, such as your device's Advertising ID (and, where available, the app set ID);
- Approximate location, estimated from your IP address;
- App interactions with ads, such as ads viewed or tapped;
- Diagnostics, such as ad-loading performance and crash information from the ad SDK.
Google uses this information to deliver ads, to measure them, to prevent fraud and, if you agree, to personalise them. How Google uses data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your phone's Settings (Google > Ads, or Privacy > Ads).
Your consent
On first launch in regions where consent is required (such as the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland), the game shows Google's consent form before any ad is requested. You can change your choice at any time in Settings > Ads & privacy choices (the button is shown in those regions). If you don't consent, you may still see non-personalised ads where the law allows them.
No purchases
The game has no in-app purchases and contains no payment or billing features. Coins and boosters are earned by playing, or by choosing to watch a rewarded ad.
Data saved on your device
To let you continue where you left off, the game saves the following on your device only:
- the stars of the Adventure levels you have finished, your Daily Puzzle streak (the last day you solved it and how many days in a row), and your best Endless score;
- your coins and boosters, the number of games played, which first-time hints you have already seen, and when the game last asked you to rate it;
- your settings (music, sounds and vibration).
This data never leaves your device. It is deleted when you uninstall the game or clear its app data. Android's own device backup may include it if you have turned that on in your phone's settings; that backup is handled by Google under your Google account settings, not by us.
Permissions
The game uses the internet (to load ads and to fetch the list of our other games shown under "More Games", a plain file download that sends no personal data), the Advertising ID permission (for ads) and vibration (optional haptic feedback, which you can turn off in Settings). Without a connection the game works fully; ads are simply not available.
More Games
The "More Games" screen lists our other games. To show "Open" instead of "Play" for a game you already have, the game asks Android whether those games of ours are installed on your device. This answer stays on your device and is not sent anywhere. Tapping a game opens its Google Play page or the game itself.
Children
The game is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly allow ads to collect data from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of the game changes how data is handled, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the date above will change.
